I made these for a appetizer for a candle party!!! OH they were a hit!! I did add a little more spice than here!!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 3 - clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 12 ounces artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
How To Make artichoke cheese squares

Step 1Drain and finely chop artichoke hearts.

Step 2Saute onion and garlic in butter.

Step 3Mix eggs, artichokes, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and seasonings.

Step 4Add onions and garlic.

Step 5Turn into buttered 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until set.

Step 6Cut into squares.
