I am not a good cook. I have lived by myself for years, and haven't bothered to learn good healthy, cooking habits. My interest has been piqued though, since one of my grandsons moved in with me. He just graduated from college and found employment near where I live.
This 50 something woman needs to present better meals than I was preparing for just myself, (and my big dog Bendor). I am having fun while I learn. :)
