Whoa, this is an amazing cauliflower casserole. The cream cheese and soup mixture is like a rich and creamy blanket over the broccoli. Sprinkled with a little paprika, this is a beautiful and yummy side dish. You could make this your own by sprinkling a little cheddar cheese or Panko crumbs on top.

Ingredients For cauliflower broccoli casserole

  • 1
    head cauliflower, in bite-size pieces
  • 1
    head broccoli, in bite-size pieces
  • 1 stick
    margarine, melted
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, soft (8 oz. each)
  • 2 can
    cream of celery soup (10.5 oz each)
  • paprika

How To Make cauliflower broccoli casserole

  • Blanched cauliflower and broccoli in a baking dish.

    Cook the first 2 ingredients for 5 mins and drain well; cool. Put them in a buttered 9x13' dish.
  • Margarine, cream of celery, and cream cheese mixed together.

    Mix margarine, cream cheese, and cream of celery together.
  • Cream cheese mixture spread over broccoli and cauliflower.

    Pour the mixture over the broccoli and cauliflower.
  • Paprika sprinkled over the casserole.

    Sprinkle with paprika.
