I love to collect recipes, especially older ones and family recipes. Self-published my cookbook using Better Homes and Gardens. It's great to see recipes my mom and grandmother made along with other family and friend's recipes. These days I cook for my fiance, Ron -strictly meat and potatoes and my step-son, Christian who is not always a fan. He's the first one to tell me it tastes bland! My family and I love giving back to the community by serving a meal the last Saturday in August at my church, The First Reformed Church of College Point. (The Ambulance Corps.-Dec., Masons -Jan...)
