ash wednesday tuna salad plate
I had leftover salads my friend Christine brought over. Since it was Ash Wednesday I had to skip the burger and go with the home made tuna salad. I used lime juice because it was on hand.

Ingredients
- 1 can solid white tuna
- 2 tablespoons hellman's canola mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red onion
- 1 stalk celery stalk
- 2 tablespoons progresso italian bread crumbs
- 2 dashes tabasco
- 1/2 cup store-bought potato salad
- 1/2 cup store-bought bean salad
- 10 - ore-ida mini tater tots
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
How To Make ash wednesday tuna salad plate

Step 1Bake mini tater tots while making tuna salad. Drain can of tuna and put in a medium sized bowl. Dice celery and red onion. Then add to tuna.

Step 2Add lime juice, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, and Tabasco sauce. Mix well. Chill while tater tots are baking.

Step 3Arrange Romaine lettuce on plate. Place scoops of salads on to lettuce. Add a drizzle of your favorite salad dressing. Enjoy with some crackers or bread sticks.
