These low carb, gluten free cauliflower tots are so good. Great if you're living a low carb lifestyle. Even if you're not low carb, they're a delicious and healthy side dish. The tots are best served hot or warm when the cheese it a bit gooey. These are nice and crisp on the outside, warm and cheesy on the inside. The seasoning is just right and keeps them from being bland. You can even add a few extra dashes of hot sauce if you'd like.
Note: We divided the dough into 8 equal balls and then flattened them with the spatula after we placed them in the pan. They are delicate once flattened. They need to be nice and brown before flipping or they'll fall apart.
