I grew up with parents that owned there own bakeries. I learned how to can at the age of 5. I began cooking for my family at 12. I worked as a cook for years. Cooking for my family I have learned to tweek recipes to their liking. Living so many places I have a diverse palate. It's hard to find those food's so I have recreated them. I think that even the best Chef can always learn something.
