Its Pumpkin Time of the Year and I have to dig out my Pumpkin recipes So Here is one that is Cut in Squares. I hope You all will enjoy. Just makes baking easier.

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup brn sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • PIE FILLING . . MIX AND WHISK TIL SMOOTH
  • 2 2/3 cups canned pumpkin libby's brand (not the pie filling)
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups canned evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • TOPPING . . MIX WELL AND SET ASIDE.
  • 2/3 cup chopped nuts ( i use pecans or walnuts)
  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 2/3 cup brn sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter

How To Make pumpkin pie square deal by freda

  • Step 1
    Preheat your Overn @ 375. CRUST: Cut the Butter into the sugar, oats and flour until crumbly. Press ingredients into Ungreased 10 X 15 baking pan. Across the bottom and up the sides. Bake this crust 15 min.
  • Step 2
    TOPPING: Mix your topping, Cutting the butter into all the dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Step 3
    FILLING: Mix well all the Ingredients for the Filling and Whisk til smooth. Pour into baked Crust. Bake for 20 min. remove from the oven.
  • Step 4
    TOPPING; is Immediately spooned over the filling, while hot, then BAKE another 20 min or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool Cut into Squares, Serve and top with Whipped Cream.
