I have made this so many times, i first had it at a friends an changed to my liking..Everyone wants this recipe

yield 10 about 1/2cup servings

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds potatoes
  • 8oz packages shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of oscar meyer real bacon bits
  • 2-3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 3 tablespoons spicey brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • as your ta dash season salt
  • 1 3/4 cups of mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated onions

How To Make amys baked potato salad

  • Step 1
    Peel an cut potatoes into bite sizes add to pot rinse then drain water add water to cover along with salt to season water. bring to boil lower heat to medium cook to fork tender then drain adding cool water over top to stop cooking
  • Step 2
    while poatoes are cooking add to a mixing bowl, mayonaise, mustard,relish, cheese, bacon bits, then seasoning.. plus onions I use dehydrated because I don't like raw onions
  • Step 3
    add cooled potatoes to mixture carefully mixing an cool for about an hour then serve
