My husband Andy and I are retired [now], but love working together and working with others - so.... We opened a mobile Hot Dog Cart! It's interesting to work on just what is a good topping for an all beef hot dog. We worked on different types of toppings [incl. coleslaw] & came up with over 50 combinations. One of the favorites [and not just by kids] was a PBJ dog! [think Asian peanut sauce and pepper jelly - not as crazy tasting as you might think!]
We retired the cart, cooking & creating for ourselves now - still making it up as we go along!
