Wow, what a flavorful fruit cobbler recipe! We don't think we've ever had so many layers of fruit in one cobbler recipe. We love the hint of cinnamon flavor and the added crunch from the nuts. A great summer dessert recipe.

1 1/2 stickbutter

1 1/2 cflour

1 1/2 csugar

1 1/2 cmilk

1 1/2 Tbspbaking powder

2 tspvanilla extract

2ripe peaches
-
2ripe nectarines

2crisp apples
-
10 ozfrozen sweet red cherries

3/4 cpecan pieces

3/4 ccraisins

1 1/2 tspcinnamon
How To Make deep summer fruit cobbler

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While preheating, place 9X12 baking dish containing the butter in the oven to melt. Mix flour, sugar, milk, baking powder and vanilla extract until smooth. Remove buttered pan from oven. Pour batter evenly over the butter. Set aside.

2Into a mixing bowl, cut peaches, nectarines and apples into pieces. Add cherries, pecans, craisins and cinnamon. Stir.

3Spoon fruit evenly over batter. Place into oven and bake for 55 minutes.

4Serve with a dollop of cool whip or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
