I am from Australia, I have been in the US since Christmas 2011. I grew up in Sydney, where I started to cook at about age 5. My mother is a fantastic cook & baker as was her mother.
I love to cook from scratch, the more challenging the recipe the better. I am now lucky enough to be surrounded by large number of family owned farms, that I can source my fresh produce & meat straight from the farmer.
