I love to cook. I have a garden and can pretty much everything in it. I make my own bacons and hams every January. This year, I'm going to have a bumper crop of apricots, and peaches, so it's going to be a little more busy. I also do various fresh sausages in January as well..Brats, fresh pork sausage, summer sausage, hot sticks.
But if there is one thing I really, really dislike, it would be mayonnaise. If there is a dish made with mayonnaise, I can't eat it. I just do not like mayonnaise.
