Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup shortening (I use Crisco butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup ice water
How To Make my pie crust i always make

Step 1Put flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl and mix together. Add the Crisco butter shortening and mix together really good.

Step 2Ice water is the key... I start out with 6 tablespoons at first and add if needed. I like mine a little sticky; it rolls out better.

Step 3With a pastry cloth floured, roll out your pie crust. I roll my crust up on the rolling pin and roll it out gently in the pie pan.
