Ingredients
- 5 - 6 cups rhubarb, cut into pieces
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons corn starch (heaping)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 unbaked pie shell
How To Make rhubarb custard pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the rhubarb into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

Step 2Add the sugar, salt, eggs, and corn starch with cut up rhubarb. Mix it together really good.

Step 3Add the rhubarb mixture to the pie crust and add the butter on top.

Step 4Put it into a 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.
