Ingredients For rhubarb custard pie

  • 5 - 6 c
    rhubarb, cut into pieces
  • 2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 3 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp
    corn starch (heaping)
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1
    unbaked pie shell

How To Make rhubarb custard pie

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the rhubarb into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  • 2
    Add the sugar, salt, eggs, and corn starch with cut up rhubarb. Mix it together really good.
  • 3
    Add the rhubarb mixture to the pie crust and add the butter on top.
  • 4
    Put it into a 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.
