5 - 6 crhubarb, cut into pieces

2 cgranulated sugar

1 pinchsalt

3 lgeggs, beaten

3 Tbspcorn starch (heaping)

4 Tbspbutter

1unbaked pie shell
How To Make rhubarb custard pie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the rhubarb into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

2Add the sugar, salt, eggs, and corn starch with cut up rhubarb. Mix it together really good.

3Add the rhubarb mixture to the pie crust and add the butter on top.

4Put it into a 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.
