Cream Puff Cake
It's easy to personalize too. You could use any pudding to your liking and around the holidays, I use French Vanilla Cool Whip.
Remember any time you make a cream puff dough on the stove top, KEEP STIRRING until it comes together! After you add the eggs, it sometimes looks like it won't form into anything, but it will!
How to Make Cream Puff Cake
- Boil together the margarine and water. Add the flour and mix well.
Cool slightly and stir in eggs one at a time. Mix well and spread into a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 400 degress for 30 minutes. Cool completely.
- In a large bowl, mix pudding, milk and cream cheese. Beat until lumps disappear. Pour into cream puff crust.
- Spread cool whip on top of pudding and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate.
