Hello all from beautiful Southern California where we are lucky enough to have 8-10 months of gardening weather. I love growing all the container herbs and vegetables I possibly can in my backyard...there's nothing like cruising outside to harvest something fresh for dinner :) I LOVE cooking for my family & friends and aren't afraid to try ANYTHING. We purchase a lamb, pig, rabbits and partial steer from 4-H every year,(including the offal)yum!! It's a great way to have humanely raised,fresh meat butchered as you like at the same price or lower than supermarket meat..you gotta try it!!
