I grew up,lived 33yrs in Clinton, TN but moved to Oregon a yr ago. I have been cooking since i was very young, By 9 or so i was cooking all on my own. I learned all my skills myself from the women in my life, Watching cooking shows, always Trying new things, seasonings, herbs, sauces, techniques, etc. I think all you need in your kitchen to make a good tasty meal anytime is garlic, onions,(fresh/granulated/powdered) herbs(fresh/dried) and fresh veggies and any choice meat if you desire. We enjoy trying all different types foods from all over the world.
