On October 20, 2020, I began a journey toward significant weight loss by starting to eat low carb/high protein/high healthy fats. On May 10, 2021, I had gastric sleeve surgery. From my heaviest, I have lost approximately 220 lbs.

I am most interested in keto-friendly recipes now. I am grateful for how the recipe box is set up so I can save recipes from many different sites.
