keto friendly meatloaf

This meatloaf is a combination of two recipes, made Keto-friendly. It has been a family favorite for years. I personally prefer to omit the onion soup mix and use the ingredients noted above instead. Additionally, you can place two pieces of plain white bread in the bottom of the loaf pan to absorb the grease. Remove bread before serving.

Ingredients For keto friendly meatloaf

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    *dry onion soup mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    sugar free ketchup
  • 1/4 c
    almond milk
  • *IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONION SOUP MIX USE:
  • 1/2 c
    minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried sage
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    worchestershire sauce
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 c
    sugar free ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    horseradish sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    swerve brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    mustard, spicy brown

How To Make keto friendly meatloaf

    Preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2
    Combine all ingredients for the meatloaf, and place in loaf pan.

    Prepare glaze and top meatloaf.

    Bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes
