A friend of mine turned me on to boneless and skinless canned mackril which is very meaty and can be used in place of tuna. I was skeptical about it but it was good.

I also use can tuna to make a tuna salad. Ingredients:
1 can tuna
1/2 onion (red, yellow or green)
1/2 cucumber
1 large tomato
Mushrooms
Celery
Radishes
Fritos

Mix all together. Crunch Fritos on top before serving. Italian dressing is the dressing I use! YUM! My daughters absolutely favorite salad.

To be honest with you I absolutely cannot stand fish, even canned Albacore in water. However every single one of these recipes can be made using canned chicken which is what I do all the time when I see a recipe calling for canned fish of any type. They are always delicious even when I might add an ingredient or two to match our taste. Just an idea you might pass on to your subscribers.
