How to Make Vegetarian Vegetable Soup
- use at least half,more if you can of no salt added veggies. you can use fresh or frozen veggies but it will add to the prep & cooking time.
- open cans & put veggies in a large roaster pan,take your hand & kinda smoosh the stewed tomatoes & ocra, peel & dice onion & garlic& stir it all together, rinse cans & add a little water if needed,cook in oven on 375 until hot & flavors are blended, add olive oil after you turn oven off.
