Ingredients
- - 3 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- - 1 carrot, finely chopped
- - 2 large celery stalks, finely chopped
- - 1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
- - 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- - 4 cups water
- - 1/8 cup parsley, finely chopped
- - 3 tbsp butter
- - 3 tbsp flour
- - 1/2 tsp sea salt
- - 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- - 1 3/4 cup milk
- - 1/2 cup cream
How To Make potato soup

Step 1To a large pot of boiling water add the potatoes, carrots, parsley and celery; cook until tender. (15 - 20 min)

Step 2Drain, and set the vegetables aside until needed.

Step 3Saute the onion and garlic in butter until soft; then add the flour, salt and pepper and slowly add the milk and cream stirring constantly until smooth and thick, then add the cooked vegetables.

Step 4Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy.
