I am a wife, mother and lucky mother in law, who is very happy to be NANA to the sweetest grandchildren ever. They help keep me young at heart.

I live down by the shore on the east coast of Canada, in a century home with my sweetheart and a black and white kitty that the grandkids named Oreo. Affectionately known as Princess Cookie.

This Coffee Queen, loves to try different cuisines & ingredients. My personal favourite cuisines are: Thai, Chinese, French, Greek, Caribbean, Amish and Southern. I like big bold flavour and complimentary textures.
