Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh kale, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cabbage leaves
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 2 stalks swiss chard
- 4 cups water
- 3 packages vegetable bouillon cube
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 large bay leaf
How To Make jason's green garden soup (vegan)

Step 1Boil water and add bouillon cubes, bay leaf and thyme. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are soft.

Step 2Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3TIP: FOR GARLIC LOVERS! Try adding 1 clove of roasted garlic to the soup before simmering.
