  • 2 c
    fresh kale, chopped
  • 2 c
    broccoli florets
  • 2 c
    cabbage leaves
  • 2 c
    spinach, fresh
  • 2 stalk(s)
    swiss chard
  • 4 c
  • 3 pkg
    vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1 large
    bay leaf

How to Make Jason's Green Garden Soup (Vegan)


  1. Boil water and add bouillon cubes, bay leaf and thyme. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are soft.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. TIP: FOR GARLIC LOVERS! Try adding 1 clove of roasted garlic to the soup before simmering.
