How to Make Jason's Green Garden Soup (Vegan)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil water and add bouillon cubes, bay leaf and thyme. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are soft.
  • 2Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3TIP: FOR GARLIC LOVERS! Try adding 1 clove of roasted garlic to the soup before simmering.
