Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh kale, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cabbage leaves
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 2 stalks swiss chard
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 packages vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 large bay leaf

How To Make jason's green garden soup (vegan)

  • Step 1
    Boil water and add bouillon cubes, bay leaf and thyme. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are soft.
  • Step 2
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 3
    TIP: FOR GARLIC LOVERS! Try adding 1 clove of roasted garlic to the soup before simmering.
