let's talk okra!
This is an introduction to the amazingly tasty Okra. Here I point out many of the uses of Okra. What Okra brings to most dishes is a thick richness that can't be done with corn starch or similar techniques. It brings a lot of unique flavor to the party. Okra can be added to almost any dish to bring that dish to a different level. Add Okra to my Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Jambalaya or even a stir fry. You can get Okra fresh, frozen whole or sliced. Okra needs to be simmered down before adding. The only exception would be fried. Okra recipes are to follow. Bon Appetite!
