diy bean flour and rice four
I've got some picky eaters in my family and as I make my own homemade dog food as well I decided to start making my own bean flour and rice flour. You can use them in place of part of regular flour some recipes including the dog kibble, they are also awesome at thickening soups and stews with better flavor most of the time than other thickeners and, their natural!

-
Step 2run in food processor 30 seconds to a minute (for beans just make sure there are no whole beans, this doesn't take as long as you'd think!)
-
Step 3switch from food processor to blender, as you can see from the pic I use a wide mouth mason jar for this, most all blender bases will accomidate a wide mouth mason jar, it saves me from the dust! run in blender for 2-3 minutes until it reaches a fine powder Store in sealed container & add to soups, stews, breads and kibble recipes
