garlicky spinach german bratwurst soup
It's this simple... I started out by making garlic spinach and decided to add the bratwurst I had on hand to see how it would turn out. Wella! This turned out to be my son's and my favorite recipe for a soup!

Ingredients
- 1 box spinach, frozen
- 3 tablespoons garlic (diced in jar)
- 1 package leidy's german style bratwurst (4 in pkg)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 package chicken broth
How To Make garlicky spinach german bratwurst soup

Step 1Place frozen spinach in 1/2" boiling water & cook until it's loose & hot (continue simmering)

Step 2Add some chicken broth & garlic ingredients, salt, pepper.

Step 3While cooking, slice the bratwurst in slants about 1/4" thick and add to pot. Continue cooking for 1/2 hr.

Step 4Keep adding broth as you go to keep from bunching up and keep it loose
