This recipe was given to me by a friend I worked with. It is delicious ~ and just put it in the oven for an hour.

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 pounds cod or haddock fillets
- 4 - potatoes, sliced
- 1 - bay leaf
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 - whole cloves
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 - onions sliced
- 1/2 cup butter (or less)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 cups light cream
How To Make oven fish chowder

Step 1Put all ingredients in casserole, except cream. Cover and bake one hour at 375 degrees. HEAT CREAM AND ADD TO CASSEROLE ~ SERVE !
