How To Make
Cook celery, carrots, onions in 2 tablespoons of olive oil till translucent. Add chicken bay leaves and chicken base, cook over medium heat for 3min, add water.
When water comes to a boil add rice, cook 30min over medium low heat till white rice in the rice blend is tender. Remove bay leaves, and add kitchen bouquet, heavy cream salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy
