better poppycock recipe
I lived off poppycock then 1 day they were out of it so I figured I could make this and I did came out perfectly almost same exact taste and so easy!

Ingredients
- up to you cup popped popcorn
- up to you cup almonds
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup, light
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make better poppycock recipe

Step 1melt butter in saucepan , add sugars, syrup and salt.

Step 2heat on medium high till boiling then turn down a little above simmer for 5 -10 minutes until it gets alil thicker , Do Not Stir!

Step 3turn off heat add vanilla and baking soda , mixture is extremely hot so be very careful for the next step ,dont use your fingertips trust me

Step 4in a bowl grease with oil or pam add alil popcorn and almonds then add some butter mixture ,stir fast , add more popcorn and more mixture and stir fast keep going till its all coated and mixed well, move fast cuz it will start to harden if this happens put back on stove on med heat to liquify it again then continue to mix with popcorn

Step 5spray baking sheet or use parchment paper and spread the popcorn mixture out to dry. some people say cook it but with this recipe I actually didnt have to it hardened up perfectly
