1 cbrown sugar
1/4 csemi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cbutter, softened
2 1/2 cquick cooking oats (not instant)
1 cflaked coconut
How to Make Quick Energy Candy
- Pour half of the brown sugar, raisins, and chocolate pieces into a blender container; blend at high speed for 5 seconds.
Pour into a bowl.
- Repeat for remaining brown sugar, raisins and chocolate pieces.
- Add butter; cream well. Add oats. Mix until smooth. Shape into 4 logs; roll logs in coconut. Wrap and chill for two hours.
- Cut into 1/2 inch slices to serve. Store in a cool place.
