These are a wonderful, healthy cookie that will satisfy your cravings without packing on too many calories and it's loaded with whole and nutritious ingredients. Ingredients

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup creamy, natural peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (i use the kind with 60% cacao or better)
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make gluten free peanut butter-banana oatmeal cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    While the oven is preheating, use a potato masher or fork to mash the banana very well.
  • Step 3
    Add 1/3 cup peanut butter to the banana, then stir in oats.
  • Step 4
    Next stir in raisins, walnuts and chocolate chips, until well incorporated.
  • Step 5
    Shape into 2 inch cookies.
  • Step 6
    Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Step 7
    Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on rack before eating.
