Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup creamy, natural peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (i use the kind with 60% cacao or better)
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make gluten free peanut butter-banana oatmeal cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2While the oven is preheating, use a potato masher or fork to mash the banana very well.

Step 3Add 1/3 cup peanut butter to the banana, then stir in oats.

Step 4Next stir in raisins, walnuts and chocolate chips, until well incorporated.

Step 5Shape into 2 inch cookies.

Step 6Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Step 7Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on rack before eating.
