How to Make Tomato Slices with Basil-Honey Vinaigrette


  1. To make the vinaigrette, in a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey and salt. Add the olive oil and basil and whisk to blend well. Taste and adjust the seasonings as you wish.
  2. Slice the tomatoes straight across into several slices and arrange on a platter.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the tomatoes and serve.
