Ingredients
- 3-4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup tightly packed finely chopped fresh basil
How To Make tomato slices with basil-honey vinaigrette

Step 1To make the vinaigrette, in a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey and salt. Add the olive oil and basil and whisk to blend well. Taste and adjust the seasonings as you wish.

Step 2Slice the tomatoes straight across into several slices and arrange on a platter.

Step 3Drizzle the vinaigrette over the tomatoes and serve.
