This is another one of my Tomato Sauce recipes. Its kinda early, but I like to plan ahead.

Ingredients
- 24 large tomatoes
- 4 large carrots
- 1 - green pepper
- 4 large onions
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 teaspoon parsley flafes
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt or 6 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
How To Make tomato sauce by eddie

Step 1Peel tomatoes and cut into quarters. Chop carrots, pepper, onions, celery into a 2 inch chop.

Step 2Add all vegetables to a stainless pot with 1 cup water.Bring to a simmer.

Step 3Add oregano, basil, garlic salt or garlic cloves. Cook until tender. Let cool.

Step 4Put into a blender, blend until smooth. put into pint jars and process.
