roasted cauliflower
I looked for a very easy, no fancy foo foo method of roasting cauliflower. Couldn't find one so here is what I came up with. Simple, to the point, nothing fancy just butter salt and pepper! Makes a great side, enjoy

Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1/2 stick butter, unsalted
- To taste - salt and pepper
How To Make roasted cauliflower

Step 1Preheat oven to 400. Cut cauliflower into small florets and lay flat side down on baking sheet with either a silicone mat or a sheet of baking parchment

Step 2Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh ground salt and pepper.

Step 3Roast for 30min and turn, roast for an additional 10 min. Serve!!!
