Pan Roasted Bacon Brussle Sprouts

Robin Shafer

If you like brussle sprouts or have never tried them...this may change your mind to the delicious side of this vegetable.
This is similar to a cold salad at our local deli -but after buying way too much of it at 8.99 a pound I have decided to make my own and have bumped it up a bit. You can eat this hot or cold. Great for picnics or a dinner side dish. Either way...if you try it -you may love it!
