pan roasted bacon brussle sprouts
If you like brussle sprouts or have never tried them...this may change your mind to the delicious side of this vegetable. This is similar to a cold salad at our local deli -but after buying way too much of it at 8.99 a pound I have decided to make my own and have bumped it up a bit. You can eat this hot or cold. Great for picnics or a dinner side dish. Either way...if you try it -you may love it!
