A very tasty recipe for a healthy "Cabbage Slaw". This is not only tasty but its filling. I love to use the recipe when serving fish tacos as well. I have never cut back on my food, just changed my ingredients and I'm having fun with different recipes. Enjoy and "Happy Heart"

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded white cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish
  • 3/4 cup minced scallions
  • 1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
