Ingredients

  • 1 - head of cabbage
  • 8 ounces vegetable broth
  • 10 ounces tomato, onion, green chili mix

How To Make spicy cabbage

  • Step 1
    Wash & chop cabbage into large bite-sized pieces, set aside.
  • Step 2
    Bring broth, cabbage and canned mixture to a steady simmer.
  • Step 3
    Cover. Stir occasionally. Cook until cabbage is soft.
  • Step 4
    Serve hot. DO NOT DRAIN. Keep covered when not serving. Makes a great side dish! (Or, like in my cabbage-loving home, double the recipe and make it a meal!)
