- 1 - head of cabbage
- 8 ounces vegetable broth
- 10 ounces tomato, onion, green chili mix
How To Make spicy cabbage

Step 1Wash & chop cabbage into large bite-sized pieces, set aside.

Step 2Bring broth, cabbage and canned mixture to a steady simmer.

Step 3Cover. Stir occasionally. Cook until cabbage is soft.

Step 4Serve hot. DO NOT DRAIN. Keep covered when not serving. Makes a great side dish! (Or, like in my cabbage-loving home, double the recipe and make it a meal!)
