I found out that fresh were best tasting, but frozen will do. If you have space to grow Brussels's Sprouts you might give them a try they are easy to grow. Brussels Sprouts are good for you and have a host of vitamins.

Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 - thick strips bacon, choppede
- 1 - shallot, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon fox point seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- - dash coarse white pepper ( potional )
How To Make eddie's heavenly sprouts

Step 1Slice the stems off, if any. Cut in half lengthwise if medium to large in size. if tiny leave whole.

Step 2Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sprouts and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3Add the bacon, shallot, fox point seasoning, thyme. Continue cooking until the bacon is to your liking and sprouts are fork tinder ( 5 to 10 minutes ) stirring frequently.

Step 4Drain well, season with coarse white pepper. If desired.
