The lime flavor is not pronounced, but adds something that really rounds out the flavor of cauliflower rice. Granulated garlic can be used in place of fresh.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds cauliflower rice (approximate amount for giant pan)
  • few tablespoon olive oil
  • about 2 tablespoons minced garlic (about 10 cloves)
  • 6 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • pepper to taste
  • optional onion powder to taste (1/2 tsp.)

How To Make cauliflower rice

  • Step 1
    Biggest pan. Drizzle olive oil into pan. Add garlic, then cauliflower on top. Heat. Add lime juice & other seasoning. Add water if necessary while cooking. Cook till cauliflower is just cooked through, but not mushy.
