- 3 pounds cauliflower rice (approximate amount for giant pan)
- few tablespoon olive oil
- about 2 tablespoons minced garlic (about 10 cloves)
- 6 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- pepper to taste
- optional onion powder to taste (1/2 tsp.)
How To Make cauliflower rice

Step 1Biggest pan. Drizzle olive oil into pan. Add garlic, then cauliflower on top. Heat. Add lime juice & other seasoning. Add water if necessary while cooking. Cook till cauliflower is just cooked through, but not mushy.
