My kids always request this salad.It is very simple, healthy and delicious.

    cauliflower,break down to small pieces and steam or boil until soft
  • 2-3
    tomatoes, sliced
  • ·
    fresh dill, chopped
  • FOR THE DRESSING:

  • 1 c
    plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
