Ingredients
- 1 - cauliflower,break down to small pieces and steam or boil until soft
- 2-3 - tomatoes, sliced
- - fresh dill, chopped
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- - salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
