baked sweet potato
I LOVE sweet potatoes! And I love them baked. I always especially loved them when I would go out to dinner and get one that was seasoned... Here's mine I do at home!

Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground cinnamon
- 2 small slices of real butter
- 1 - square of tin foil for wrapping
How To Make baked sweet potato

Step 1Take your raw sweet potato and wash the skin well. Cut in half

Step 2on each side of the sweet potato, spread butter sprinkle with fresh ground cinnamon (you can add as much or as little as you prefer.. i like more) place the two slices back together and wrap up in aluminum foil

Step 3Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min or until tender when testing with fork.

Step 4unwrap and serve either alone or with entree.. Enjoy!
