This recipe is for 4 people. It can be doubled very easy. Be sure to cook enough rice.

Ingredients
- 1 medium potato cubed
- 1 medium carrots, cubed
- 1 medium onion diced
- beef - one small steak would be just right
- 1 teaspoon sesame seed
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/8 teaspoon accent seasoning
- 2 cups cooked rice
How To Make omurice ( korean )

Step 1Stir fry all above in 2 tablespoons oil until crisp. Halfway add pepper, and Accent ( about 1/8 teaspoon).

Step 2Add the cooked rice to above mixture.

Step 3Fry all together and add 1 teaspoon sesame seed

Step 4Serve with sunny side egg on top. Makes a great breakfast or brunch! Serves 4.
