OMURICE ( KOREAN )
1 mediumpotato cubed
1 mediumcarrots, cubed
1 mediumonion diced
beefone small steak would be just right
1 tspsesame seed
2 Tbspcanola oil
1/8 tspaccent seasoning
2 ccooked rice
How to Make OMURICE ( KOREAN )
- Stir fry all above in 2 tablespoons oil until crisp. Halfway add pepper, and Accent ( about 1/8 teaspoon).
- Add the cooked rice to above mixture.
- Fry all together and add 1 teaspoon sesame seed
- Serve with sunny side egg on top. Makes a great breakfast or brunch! Serves 4.
