This is the hot mustard we serve with our Christmas Ham. Have the Fire Department standing by.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 6 teaspoons grounded dry mustard
  • 1 - wedge of lemon
  • 1/16 teaspoon pinch of sugar
  • - beer

How To Make very hot mustard

  • Step 1
    Mix all together. Add a litte beer to thin.
  • Step 2
    Refrigerate till chilled. Serve with the Roast Ham. If you take the tip of a teaspoon that is all you need to serve.
