Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 1 medium
    red onion finely diced
  • 2 - 16 oz
    cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh orange or lime juice
  • 1/2 c
    fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Black Bean Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Reserve 1 T diced onion and 1 T cilantro for garnish.
  2. In a food processor purée all other ingredients.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, raw veggies, as a taco filling, or a sandwich spread. be creative the uses are endless.
