1 medium
red onion finely diced
2 - 16 oz
cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp
fresh orange or lime juice
1/2 c
fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 clove
1 tsp
ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Black Bean Dip


  • 1Reserve 1 T diced onion and 1 T cilantro for garnish.
  • 2In a food processor purée all other ingredients.
  • 3Serve with tortilla chips, raw veggies, as a taco filling, or a sandwich spread. be creative the uses are endless.
