Ingredients
- 1 - 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 3 tablespoons orange juice or brandy
How To Make crimson baked cranberries

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Combine cranberries, sugar, cinnamon and allspice in a small baking dish. Cover and bake until sugar melts and mixture bubbles, stirring once, about 55 minutes or so.

Step 3Uncover and bake until liquid is syrupy, about 10 minutes longer, Immediately stir in the orange juice OR brandy.

Step 4Let sauce cool to room temperature.

Step 5Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
