Ingredients For crimson baked cranberries
112 oz. bag fresh cranberries
1/4 tspground cinnamon
3 Tbsporange juice or brandy
How To Make crimson baked cranberries
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Combine cranberries, sugar, cinnamon and allspice in a small baking dish. Cover and bake until sugar melts and mixture bubbles, stirring once, about 55 minutes or so.
3Uncover and bake until liquid is syrupy, about 10 minutes longer, Immediately stir in the orange juice OR brandy.
4Let sauce cool to room temperature.
5Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
