- 1 pint non-fat greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons dill, fresh chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lemon juice, fresh
- 1/2 large cucumber, seeded and grated
How To Make tzatziki sauce

Step 1add yogurt to bowl

Step 2add dill, garlic, lemon juice

Step 3peel, seed, grate cucumber on fine side of box grater. Put grated cucumber in a a clean towel and squeeze all liquid then add to yogurt mixture

Step 4refrigerate 1 hour minimum, longer is better
