This spice recipe is a great one to have on hand plus it’s less salty than the commercial ones.

serves 1/3 cup

Ingredients For greek seasoning • homemade blend

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    dried oregano leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried basil
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion flakes
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    dill weed
  • 1 tsp
    dried rosemary, ground
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt

How To Make greek seasoning • homemade blend

    In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.

    Whisk well and transfer to an airtight container.

    Store in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months. Yields 1/3 cup.
